About Credit/Debit Card

Available card brands are Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover; COSRX processes all checkout amounts in USD.

Authorization and Payment Security

Payment credentials are securely processed by Shopify and authorized providers, so COSRX never keeps complete card numbers or card verification codes.

The card issuer may approve or decline a charge, place an authorization hold, or request additional verification under its own rules.

Credits to the Original Method

COSRX credits approved refunds only to the original payment method on a 5-10 business-day schedule; support is available at support@cosrxcare.shop or 512-709-5183 during Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Pacific Time (PT)).

Payment Review

COSRX requires correct billing details and may pause, review, or cancel an order when authorization fails or fraud screening identifies significant risk.

Taxes are assessed and collected according to applicable law. COSRX does not promise that an order will be tax-free.
